Camara Lee-Prentice is a dedicated and detail-oriented Strategic Human Resources and Operations expert with over 12 years of experience. She has collaborated with prominent Caribbean corporations to craft innovative HR strategies that enhance team performance and streamline processes for greater efficiency. Her expertise spans various areas, including strategic human resource management, employee relations, policy drafting, process redesign and restructuring, organisational reviews, performance management, employee engagement, training and development, among others. Having migrated to England, Camara continues to offer Virtual Operations and Strategic HR Support, leveraging her robust educational background, which includes a Master of Science in International Management and a Bachelor of Science in Management with Psychology, both of which were obtained from the University of the West Indies’ (UWI), Cave Hill Campus. She is currently pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Strategic Learning and Development – Level 7 with the Chartered Institute for Personnel Development (CIPD) in the United Kingdom. Additionally, she was a Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in the USA from 2019-2023.
